Hatimura is a very beautiful place full of natural beauties with hills on the river bank of mighty Brahmaputra. It is famous for the hindu  temple "Shaktipith" (Goddess Mahishamardini) which was built during the reign of Ahom king Pramatta Singha in 1745 A.D. A must visit place for history buffs as the temple provides a rare glimpse into the Ahom Kingdom and its legacy.It is a beautiful picnic spot.

Location: It is located about 60 km away via Jakhalabandha from Nagaon Town.

How to reach: One can hire a taxi from Nagaon town or can use the local tempo services to reach the place.
