It is famous for Champawati Waterfall also known as the Chapanala Falls, a natural water fall coming down from the Champawati Kunda. It is enriched with scenic beauty and a place of attraction for the nature- lovers and other visitors. The waterfall along with the tea Gardens and small hills around it is a place of importance for flora and fauna. Birds of different species along with some migratory Birds too are visible in certain season of the year. It is a popular Picnic spot. The Kunda Mela is organized on the following day of Swarswati puja which attracts huge numbers of visitors to Chapanala.

Location: It is located about 35 km away via Puranigudam and 49 Km away via Samaguri from Nagaon Town.
How to reach: One can hire a taxi from Nagaon town or can use the local tempo services to reach the place.
