Mainly two Schemes / Project is going on in the Department Namely

(1)           Muga Silk outreach Mission (Muga Mission) Under the Scheme Construction of Jali house (one each) installation of deep tubewell (one each) and plantation of Muga Silkworm food plants been completed in five Nos. of V.G.R namely Raideingia, Padumoni, Tulshimukh Kondoli and Noltoli.

(ii)           R.K.V.Y (2018-19)- Under this Schemes two schemes is going on(a) Eri Silkworm food (Kesseru) plantation and construction of Eri raring house -36 Nos beneficiaries have been Selected in two blocks Raha and Juria and already this office have Received the fund from Director of Sericulture and it is going to be released within a short period.

(iii)          Equipment Support of Landless Eri reares:-under the Scheme rearing equipment will be supplied to the landless Eri rearer already 171 Nos beneficiaries have been selected and equipment will be supplied as and when received from Director of Sericulture.
